Downloading Netscape with Composer

An alternative HTML editor to use for the web site project is Netscape Composer. It came bundled with older versions of the browser, Netscape Navigator. The newest version (8.2) does not include Composer, so you'll have to download an older version to get it.
Here's how to do this:  

1. Go to www.netscape.com

This will open in a new browser window. Please close when you have completed the download.

2. Click on Browser in the left-hand navigation bar.

3. Click on Downloads

4. Click on Archived Products

5. Select 7.2 or older to get the browser with Composer included.

6. Follow the instructions on the screen. These are all fairly large downloads, so for those of you on Dial-up, it's going to take some time.
7. When the browser opens, Click on Windows, and then Composer.

8. You are set to go.
