Creating a Feedback Form

The easy way to create a form is to use a third-party site such as FormMail.com or FreeRouter.com. They give you trial for 1 or 2 weeks (that's why I put the form requirement later in the course).

FormMail.com - http://www.formmail.com/

FormRouter.net - http://www.formrouter.com/

This is by far the easiest way to get a form working for this assignment. Just remember that it's temporary.

Tripod, Angelfire, Netfirms and Geocities have form functionality that you can use. If you click on Build, then look for Other Gear, Other Resources, or something like that, you'll be able to get a feedback form created and working.

Here is my feedback form that I created in my Tripod account. It will open in a new browser window, so just close it after you have sent me feedback!

get this gear!

Here is what it looks like in an Angelfire page. http://www.angelfire.com/jazz/ecbrown560/

By far, the easiest one to use (IMHO) is Geocities. Here's what it looks like - http://www.geocities.com/brown6827@sbcglobal.net/

If you have server space with your ISP, many times they will have the CGI script that you need to make your handbuilt forms work, or they may have a form already to go. Contact Tech Support at your ISP to find out.
